If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day with the expected delivery time. <br\/> \u2022 If one or more items are temporarily out of stock, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner via email or another agreed method of communication. The consumer may choose to:<br\/>Wait for the complete delivery at no additional cost, or<br\/>Receive the available items immediately.<br\/>Any additional shipping costs for split deliveries will only be charged if this has been clearly communicated to and accepted by the consumer in advance.<br\/>\u2022 The maximum delivery period is 30 days, in accordance with the legal obligation.<br\/>\u2022 Shipping is carried out via DHL (within Europe) or PostNL (outside Europe). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delivery options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Whenever possible, we ship packages as a mailbox package.<br\/>&#8211; You can also choose to have your package delivered to a DHL ServicePoint. Keep a close eye on the track &amp; trace. If the package is not picked up and returned on time, we may charge shipping costs again for resending it. This only happens when this has been clearly communicated in advance.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Collection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Pickup is available by appointment. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail. You can then use that e-mail or our contact form to make a pickup appointment. This option is available at checkout.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Problems with delivery?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you waiting for a package that has not yet been delivered? If so, please check the following first: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track &amp; trace: View shipping status via the link received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery Address: Make sure you have entered the correct address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mailbox or neighbors: See if a no-home message was left or check with neighbors. Sometimes the delivery person will automatically schedule a new delivery time. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Damaged delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Has your order arrived damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovery, using the contact form. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Right of withdrawal &amp; returns.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reflection period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. <br\/>&#8211; Custom-made articles are excluded from this (in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; To register a return, please contact us via the contact form or by responding to your order confirmation email. Please include a completed <a href=\"https:\/\/coers.themechanic-parts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Retourformulier-Engels.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/coers.themechanic-parts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Retourformulier-Engels.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">return form<\/a> with your return shipment.<br\/>&#8211; We will refund the purchase price within 14 days upon receipt of the return item via the original payment method. In practice, this usually happens within 3 business days.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order error<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did you accidentally order the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by e-mail.
